Utilities Payment Options
Beginning 16 March, water service will not be disconnected for non-payment. The $50 reconnection fee will be waived. However, the 10% late payment fee on the entire cumulative outstanding balance will be assessed. Call 210-619-0711 to make payment arrangements.
The Utility Department accepts cash, check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.

Cash, check, money order and credit card payments may be made at the Water Department window in the Municipal Building between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday.
Pay your water bill online with your Visa or MasterCard! Municipal Online Payments charges a nominal fee for these services.
Quick Pay: (no login required) Need account number and last payment amount.
Onetime Payment: Set up your account login (email and password), you will need your account number and last payment amount.
Schedule a Onetime Future Payment or Enroll in Auto Pay: You must login with email and password. You will need to ensure that you select the correct payment/due date for your account to avoid penalties. If your account balance is $0.00 (zero) at the time a Scheduled Onetime Future Payment or Auto Pay date arises, the PAYMENT WILL NOT PROCESS and will send you a notification of no action.
Located in the front parking lot along the side of the building. Payments will be posted the next business day. NO CASH PLEASE.
Check or money order payments may be sent by mail to: Water Payments, City of Universal City, 2150 Universal City Blvd., Universal City, TX 78148. Mailed payments are posted on the date it is received, not postmarked date.
